The leadership development packages are designed for those who are looking to accelerate their career through intentional focus on personal development.  Clarity in developmental areas is the key to success. Tractus seeks to incorporate intellectual learning, skill development and personal discovery with real life “on the job” implementation.  This is viewed as a partnership between the coach and the individual.  We look forward to talking with you about your unique leadership journey.

Leadership Coaching Starter

Personalized coaching 1x per month (approx. 1 hr.)
Ability to develop leadership strategies for following month
Focus on 1 – 2 current leadership gaps
Access via email and phone between sessions surrounding the month’s strategy

Leadership Coaching Accelerator

One strategy session every six months to develop a personalized leadership development plan (2 - 3 hours session)
Personalized coaching 2x per month
Ability to develop strategy and monitor progress for following month
Strengths Finder Assessment and the Working Genius Assessment with coaching surrounding results
Access via email and phone between appointments as a virtual consultant/coach/cheerleader, as needed

Leadership Coaching Builder

Personalized coaching 2x per month (1 hr. per session)
Ability to develop leadership strategy and monitor progress for following month
Strengths Finder Assessment and coaching surrounding results
Access via email and phone between appointments to gain momentum around the month’s objectives
