As the new year approaches, it is a great time to think about your leadership and organizational needs for the next year. I would encourage you to consider two things:
1) What are your leadership development goals for the next season? The greatest leaders have plans in place to personally improve their leadership journey along with someone who looks in and helps them ensure that progress is made.
2) What are your organizaitonal goals for the next season? Every organization that performs well, has clear goals and objectves along with clear strategies for movement. They often utilize an outside perspective to help create or solidify their plans.
These questions are worth answering. The answer should provide clarity, direction and strategy. The ability to answer this questions could be the answer to your best year ever.
